Returns
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Underwear
Socks (if opened)
Swimwear without the hygiene seal
Personalised or custom-made items
Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@minimuse.shop.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Minimuse will cover the return costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our return process.
